Leaf Painting Monster Craft
To prepare for this painted leaf monster craft I put some finger paints onto a paper plate and let Harry decide how to paint his leaves.
He started off carefully putting a bit of paint onto some of the leaves with his fingers, but quickly decided it was much quicker and more fun to dip the leaves into the paint.
Once we had finished painting all our leaves we left the leaves to dry.
We then added on some googly eyes to turn the painted leaves into (friendly) monsters.
Adding the eyes is a great way to bring a little math into your monster craft. Talk about how many eyes each leaf monster has.
We hope you enjoy painting leaves and turning them into cute leaf monsters! This painted leaf monster craft is perfect for toddlers or preschoolers who love process art.
