Rock Painting Fish Craft
To make a stone fish you will need:(affiliate links)
- Stones
- White acrylic paint (UK link/ US link)
- Coloured felt (UK link / US link)

- Mod Podge all in one glue and sealer (UK link/ US link)
- Googly eyes (optional)
How to make fish from stones
Start by painting your stones white and leave them to dry.
Decorate the stones using chalk pens. Other pens would probably work just as well but I love the vibrant colours that the chalk pens produce.
All ages can have fun designing a fish, whether they want to do a detailed design, quick face or a scribble.
When you have completed your designs varnish the stones with mod podge glue and sealer.
Cut out some triangles of felt and stick them onto the fish to create tails and fins.
We found a piece of blue felt to use as the sea for our fish to swim in.
