I would advice printing the glasses onto card. Simply colour or decorate the glasses in anyway you wish, cut them out and glue all the pieces together. This is such an easy craft to prepare, but it can be completed in so many different ways. You could decorate the heart glasses with pens, crayons, paints or stickers.
