Baking with your child is always so much fun, but sometimes it can seem like there is a lot to prepare before the actual baking can take place! BKD baking and craft subscription boxes are fantastic as they do all the organising for you. They are delivered through your letter box monthly addressed to your child (or children). There is no contract to sign so you can have as many (or as few) boxes delivered as you choose!

Inside each mini bakers club box is an easy to follow recipe, ingredients, an activity book and a craft.
If you think your child would like a baking and craft kit delivered to them sign up here.
The recipe book is designed to appeal to young children and involve them in every stage of baking. Before they start baking they tick off all the items that they will need for cooking as they collect them from around the kitchen.
The BKD recipes are really easy to follow as they have images for each step as well as written instructions. Daisy (aged 3) really didn't need much help at all.
You can see by her face how much she enjoyed being able to get involved with making some yummy hot cross buns to share with the family.
Lots of the ingredients are included in one mix which makes baking far easier for young children. There is a recipe card within the pack so if you love the taste of what you make (which i'm sure you will!) you can make them again.
Most ingredients are included in the box, but you will need to use your own store cupboard items such as eggs and butter etc as they are not included.
We had so much fun baking together, without any added stress of things going wrong! The mixture somehow ended up on the end of our noses!
Look at the concentration!
As well as having an easy recipe and ingredients the BKD baking and craft kit contains an activity book full of interesting facts and an easy craft. The craft and baking activity are linked together by theme.
Some previous examples of the type of themes you might recieve are 'hello Spring', 'love is all around', 'polar exploration', 'winter wonderland'.
The subscription box photographed is the 'hello spring' box. After making hot cross buns we used the egg shells and a template and cress seeds included in the pack to make our own cress animals.
If you like the sound of having a baking and craft kit delivered to your child through your letter box each month sign up for a BKD subscription box. You can subscribe for as many (or few) boxes as your choose.
