STEP 1: Mix the dry ingredients

In a medium bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.

STEP 2: Mix the wet ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla. Then, slowly add the butter.

STEP 3: Combine all the ingredients

Create a well in the middle of the dry ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into the well and stir the batter until combined. There may be small lumps. Allow the batter to rest at least 5 minutes.

STEP 4: Cook pancakes

Heat a griddle to 300 degrees. Spritz with non-stick cooking spray for coat with additional butter prior to adding batter.

For Santa’s face, pour about 1 cup of batter on the griddle. When bubbles begin to break on the surface of the pancakes, flip and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until completely cooked through.

STEP 5: Decorate Santa's face

To decorate Santa’s face, place the pancake on the lower half of a large plate. Arrange raspberries in the shape of a hat over the pancake. Add another raspberry in the center of the pancake as Santa’s nose. Arrange sliced bananas as Santa’s beard.

Just before serving, add two small dots of whipped cream over the nose and add a blueberry on each whipped cream dot to make Santa's eyes. Add whipped cream to the plate as the puffy ball on Santa’s hat. Also add whipped cream as the brim of Santa’s hat. Serve immediately.
