Supplies needed for Easter bunny cupcakes

• Boxed cake mix (or your favourite recipe for your bunny cake!)
• White frosting
• Star icing tip (or grass icing tip)
• Marshmallows
• Pink sparkling sugar
• Mini jelly beans

Directions to make Easter bunny cupcakes

STEP 1: Gather your supplies

Before you get started, make sure to gather up all your supplies. This makes the process much easier.

STEP 2: Prepare cupcakes

Prepare your cakes. You could use a packet mix, cupcake recipe or you could buy pre made cupcakes. We have used pre made cakes to make this bunny cupcake recipe really quick and easy to create.

 

STEP 3: Create bunny ears

To make your bunny ears cut marshmallows diagonally. 

Then, dip them in the pink sparkling sugar.

STEP 4: Finalize bunny cupcakes

Finish up your Easter cupcakes by first frosting them with the star icing tip and then roll them in coconut flakes to mimic the fur.

Lastly, attach the bunny ears and add a mini jellybean for the nose.
