Supplies for watercolour fish craft:

• Watercolour Paper
• Watercolour Paint
• Paint Brush
• Glue
• Scissors

Supplies for torn paper under the sea background

• Paper
• Scissors
• Glue

Directions for watercolour fish craft

Before starting this fish craft you will need to download and print out the fish template on watercolour paper. You can find the printable by scrolling down below.

Prepare a surface with newspaper or a vinyl tablecloth for easy cleanup and then cut out the fish template. Paint the fish with various shades of bold colours. Allow the paint to dry completely. Children of all ages can have fun painting their fish and each fish is guaranteed to be unique.

Directions for torn paper under the sea background and plants

Tear strips of blue paper and glue them onto a piece of blue paper. Then tear of strips of tan paper and glue them to the bottom of the paper.

Glue the seaweed plants, seashells and rocks (template available below) onto the torn paper background.

Once your fish have dried completely, glue them onto the torn paper background and your piece of under the sea art is complete!
