Frozen Craft Instructions

STEP 1: Print and cut out the Frozen Bookmark Template

Remember to gather up all the other supplies and keep them nearby to keep everything organised.

STEP 2: Let’s start with the Elsa bookmark!

Pick your yellow craft paper, remember you're going to use it for the hair. Then, get the cream-coloured craft paper for the body, baby blue craft paper for the gown and a light shade of blue for the dress.

Continue by tracing the patterns for the Elsa bookmark on the matching coloured craft papers and carefully cut them out.

STEP 3: Give Elsa a hairdo

Using the red lines marked in the template as a guide, take your hairpiece and trace those marks with a pencil. Use a knife to cut slits along the traced pattern (an adult will need to do this step).

STEP 4: Attach the hair to Elsa's body

Take your Elsa body cutout and slide the head through the slit you just made on the hairpiece. Use the image below as a guide.

STEP 5: Start putting everything together

Fix the position of the hair onto the head by applying glue. While it dries, glue the paper gown cutout on the front side of the body piece.

Once the glue has dried, attach the dress cutout on the top of the gown. Make sure to place the dress neatly on the gown before gluing.

STEP 6: Draw Elsa's cute little face

Using a pen, draw the eyes, nose, and lips for this Elsa papercraft. I recommend using a pink highlighter pen to give Elsa a bit of a flushing blush on her cheeks, it makes this craft look even more dainty!

Attach the Elsa papercraft on a popsicle stick to complete the Elsa bookmark craft.

In a similar way make your Anna bookmark. You now have a cute set of frozen inspired bookmarks! These are great for children learning to read, but they are also really fun to use as stick puppets.
