How to use your Easter Playdough Mats

STEP 1: Prepare Easter playdough mats

Preparing these playdough mats is simple. Download and print them out and then laminate. You will need playdough in colours to match the Easter eggs on the playdough mat.

STEP 2: Playtime!

Look at the Easter eggs one by one. Discuss the colour playdough and the number of pieces of playdough needed to complete each pattern.

Toddlers and preschoolers may need some support or a demonstration on how to make long thin strips of playdough, this is quite a skill! Once they have mastered this skill (or you have made several for your child to use) it's time to use them on the pattern playdough mat.
