How to Make Cloud Dough
Ingredient to make cloud dough:
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup hair conditioner (any kind will do)

STEP 1: Prepare supplies.
Find a medium-sized bowl and measure out your ingredients. You will need 1/2 a cup of hair conditioner to every 1 cup of cornstarch you use.
STEP 2: Combine ingredients.
Begin by adding the cup of cornstarch to your bowl. Then add your measured 1/2 cup of hair conditioner. Add it gradually to the bowl and mix both ingredients until you get a thick mixture. Continue stirring until it is soft and fluffy. Use the images below as a guide.
STEP 3: Knead!
Make sure you have a clean and flat surface to work on for this step! Grab the mixture and start to knead it for about one minute or until it is soft.

Store cloud dough inside an airtight container until you want to use it.

- White pom poms or cotton balls
- White Perler beads
- White sparkling glitter
- Blue glitter

STEP 1: Prepare your cloud shaped cookie cutter.
You will need a cloud shaped cookie cutter to shape your cloud dough. You can either purchase a cloud cutter or reshape a metal flower cookie cutter.
If using a metal flower-shaped cookie cutter, slowly push it down against a flat surface until it looks more like a cloud than the original flower shape.

Using your hands or a rolling pin, flatten your cloud dough about 1/2 inch thick and cut out cloud shapes using your cloud shaped cookie cutter.
