Bobblehead Vampire Craft - Instructions:
STEP 1: Get your printable template.
First things first, scroll down below and grab our free vampire printable template. Print it out and cut out each shape.
STEP 2: Start with the black paper.
Take a full sheet of black cardstock and cut it in half.
STEP 3: Trace and cut.
Get your purple cardstock. Start tracing a circle from the template onto it and cut it out. Continue by tracing the cape on the red cardstock and the other two shapes on black cardstock.
(image shows 4 black pieces - this was for two vampire cards, you only need one of each shape)
STEP 4: Cut two strips.
Don't throw away that black cardstock yet! Use it to cut two long strips and form an L shape with them, glue them in place.
STEP 5: Make a paper spring.
You'll need to form a paper spring now using the black L shape that you have just created. Fold the black strips one over the other until you get to the end of the strip and glue the other end to secure it in place. Let the glue dry.
STEP 6: Attach the pieces.
Take the black card and using glue attach the bottom of the card to the centre of the red cape piece.
Grab the black trapezoid-shaped piece and glue into the centre of the red one. Form the collar by folding the pointed tips over the black piece. Glue in place. Attach the paper spring just above the collar using glue.
STEP 7: Create the vampire face.
Take your purple circle and the black triangle. Glue the triangle to the top of the circle. Now create a face. Start by drawing a simple mouth with a marker, then add the teeth by gluing two white triangles. Next, add a pair of cute googly eyes!
Glue the vampire head to the end of the paper spring.
FINISHING TOUCHES:
Feel free to add some bat marks with a metallic marker around the card to make it look more spooky!
