How to Make Vampire Blood Halloween Slime
Vampire Blood Halloween Slime - Supplies:
- 1 (6 ounce) bottle Elmer's Glue in clear
- About ¼ cup warm water
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon contact lens solution (containing boric acid)
- Red liquid food colouring
Vampire Blood Halloween Slime - Instructions:
STEP 1: Gather your materials.
Gather everything you need and prepare the surface you'll be working on. Take your glue and empty the 6-ounce bottle content into a bowl.
STEP 2: Mix the water and the glue.
Fill up the empty glue bottle with about ¼ cup of lukewarm water and seal the lid. Shake thoroughly to mix all the remaining leftover glue with the warm water and then pour it into the bowl with the glue. Stir well.
STEP 3: Add the baking soda and the "blood".
Once the glue and the water are well mixed, add the baking soda into it and keep stirring to mix thoroughly. Then, add the food colouring and keep stirring the mixture.
STEP 4: Add the ingredient that will make this slime come together.
Here's when the magic happens! Take the contact lens solution and add it to the glue mixture slowly, making sure to stir, until you form a softball.
STEP 5: Knead your slime.
Take the slime out of the bowl and begin to play and massage the slime. It will be sticky at first, but if you knead it as you would with bread dough, the slime will come together, and it won't be sticky anymore.
Once it's no longer sticky to the touch, your blood slime is ready to play with!
PRO TIP
I recommend keeping this Halloween slime in an airtight container inside the fridge when not in use.
We hope you enjoy making this super eerie Vampire BLOOD Halloween slime! Happy trick-or-treating!
