How to Make your Lily Handprint Flower Craft - Directions:
STEP 1 - Prepare your supplies:
Gather all your supplies and invite your child to start this cute flower craft!
STEP 2 - Make the handprint.
Take your little one's hand and trace it with a pencil on white cardstock or construction paper. Once that's done, cut out the hand's shape.
Now, take the cut out handprint you just made and curl it a little bit by wrapping it around a pencil.
STEP 3 - Create the stem:
Take the chenille stem and cut it in half. You'll now have two pieces.
Fold each piece in half. Then, curl the ends of the stems with a pencil, just like we did with the hand's cutout.
Now, grab your straw and place the folded corner of the chenille stem into the mouth of your straw.
STEP 4 - Put your handprint flower craft together!
Attach the handprint flower to the straw by wrapping it around it and secure it with a drop of glue.
Cut out the leaves from green paper and glue them onto the flower stem.
Let the glue dry completely and you just finished your flower handprint craft!
Why not make a collection of handprint flowers and add them to a vase!
We hope you have tons of fun with your little one making your handprint flowers. Enjoy!
